Very interesting and ironic. You point out the obvious that the Church chooses to disregard.

Two things come to mind:

1. Don't make the this writer bad guy for telling the obvious, it's as written...not they're words.

2. One can find whatever they are looking for in the Bible, it's all there; both good and bad.
