Verry sad for your predicament. Two things:

1. You need professional help, as in counseling. Search far and wide for a couselor who suits you and your situation. Note this will not be someone who agrees with you, or coddles you or your kids. It will be difficult but worth the investment.

2. Its gonna get worse before it gets better.
