I enjoyed your article. Recently my wife and I went to a fine dining establishment for our anniversary, and definitely felt like guests.

It was nice. It's not the norm anymore.

Your article made me think...those customer experience establishments with the non-hospitable staff still expect a 20% tip.

Do something to earn it, beyond simply being there.
