Agree with setting up boundries. In hindsight, I believe I worked amonst a culture of gaslighting. The principle reason it occurred was due to toxic people and leadership’s failure to remove those responsible.

Sadder part is I was the leader.

Lesson — you don’t realize it as its happening, as it’s a gradual development.
